Class Action

On September 5, 2005, an amended Statement of Claim was filed by Koskie-Minsky LLP and Harrsion Pensa LLP, on behalf of Messrs Kidd, Harvey, and Marentette.  A hearing is scheduled for February 20 - 22, 2006 to certify this as a class action suit.
